Chigi Leadership – The Story Behind the Name
The name Chigi Leadership was created by our founder Jacqui’s husband—and from that moment, everything seemed to fall into place.
Chigi (pictured) was Jacqui’s very first horse, a gift from her mother-in-law, and the one who opened her eyes and heart to the powerful lessons horses hold for leaders.
Through Chigi, Jacqui discovered that nature is our greatest teacher. Over millions of years, nature has already shown us how to live in harmony, adapt with grace, and lead with trust and authenticity. Horses embody this wisdom—and for Jacqui, Chigi became exactly that: a guide, a partner, and a mirror, reflecting the true essence of leading from within, with clarity and connection.
