Student Leader Teams Leadership Development Course
Team Learning to Lead for the First Time
Being given a leadership role is exciting — especially when it means stepping into the wider leadership team — but it can also feel overwhelming if you’ve never had the chance to truly experience what leadership means.
This course is designed especially for senior student teams stepping into leadership positions at school. It’s not about lectures, textbooks, or being told what kind of leader you should be. Instead, it’s about discovering your own style of leadership through one of the most powerful and honest teachers in nature — horses.
Horses don’t judge your grades, your popularity, your posts or your position. They respond only to who you are in the moment — your presence, your clarity, and your ability to build trust.
Book your call today and become the team that leads with clarity, confidence, and unity.

What You’ll Experience
Discover Your Presence: Learn how the way you stand, move, and communicate affects how others respond to you.
Understand Teamwork: Experience what it feels like to lead, follow, and support others in a group setting.
Learn Through Doing: Instead of sitting in a classroom, you’ll be out of your comfort zone, working alongside horses in real, hands-on activities.

“I still think about how impactful the leadership development program with the horses was. Learning in the moment how my actions affected others, and seeing what my leadership style actually looked like to me and those around me, was really powerful. The experience taught me how to truly connect with the other student leaders and explore different ways to communicate and lead authentically, rather than relying on bravado or fake confidence.”
