Jacqui is the founder of the newly launched Chigi Leadership, where she partners with coaches, consultants, students, and organisations to create breakthrough leadership experiences. A certified TeachingHorse Facilitator, she is also one of only three TeachingHorse LLC Practitioners in Australia. Through her work, Jacqui introduces leaders to equine-guided leadership development that goes beyond theory, moving participants into lived insight, deep trust, and transformational alignment.

“For me, it’s about giving leaders the courage to strip away what isn’t serving them and to step fully into who they are. The horses won’t let you fake it, they call out authenticity every single time.”
JACQUI’S TOP 3 TIPS FOR FACILITATORS
- “Stay curious longer.” The horses invite us to notice before we assume. The
more curious we remain, the deeper the insight for our clients. - “Hold space, don’t fill it.” Transformation comes when participants discover their own truths. Our role is to guide — not to supply — the answers.
- “Celebrate progress, however small.” Just as horses respond to subtle shifts, leaders grow through small, consistent changes that deserve recognition.
FUN FACT
Jacqui is also a champagne saberist. Yes, she can open a bottle of champagne with a sword! She sees it as a playful metaphor for leadership: “It’s bold, it’s joyful, and it takes just enough edge to make it unforgettable.”
