Jacqui Parshall
Jacqui Parshall is an inspiring Leadership Development Coach and Facilitator who brings extensive experience working with and alongside executive leaders and diverse teams. Over the past 25 years, her career has been shaped by the many leaders and teams she has worked with, experiences that sparked her passion for cultivating stronger leadership teams. Today, as one of only three certified TeachingHorse LLC Practitioners in Australia, she is dedicated to helping leaders unlock their full potential and harness the power of shared leadership.
With a rich background spanning corporate events, business ownership, and service on not-for-profit boards, Jacqui brings a unique blend of strategic insight and human connection to her clients. Her career navigating complex stakeholder environments has shaped a client-led facilitation style that is both pragmatic and transformational.
Jacqui empowers leaders to expand their emotional intelligence and agility, guiding individuals and teams to shift mindsets, adapt behaviours, and embrace new ways of leading in today’s complex and uncertain landscape. Her courses go beyond individual growth to build collective leadership capacity—strengthening trust, connection, alignment, and impact across entire organisations.

Credentials
Jacqui is one of only three certified TeachingHorse LLC Practitioners in Australia, accredited in the TeachingHorse Diamond Model of Shared Leadership™. She is also a Certified Equine Assisted Learning Facilitator through Equine Connection – The Academy of Equine Assisted Learning. Her expertise is strengthened by international study in Canada and the United States, where she earned advanced certifications in this specialised field.
